Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This policy explains how KeyNetIQ handles information you give us through this website (keynetiq.co.uk). KeyNetIQ is a trading name of Trak Solutions Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), registered in England and Wales, 10 Moor Hall Lane, Stourport-on-Severn, DY13 8RA, which is the data controller.
If you use the Trak mobile application or web platform, the Trak Solutions privacy policy covers that service.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the enquiry form:
- Your name and email address
- Optionally, your company and phone number
- The topic you choose and your message
- The page you came to the form from, so we know what you were looking at
Our servers record each request (the page, the time and the response) to keep the site running and secure; these logs do not record your IP address or anything you typed.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no similar trackers: no analytics, no advertising, no social media embeds, and no account for you. There is nothing to consent to and nothing to switch off. If that ever changes, this section will say what is set and why before it is.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you and, if you go on to buy from us, to provide the products and services you ask for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our business, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Where it goes
The website does not store your enquiry. When you send the form, it is delivered as an email to our enquiries mailbox by Postmark (ActiveCampaign LLC), our email delivery provider, which processes it on our behalf. Postmark is based in the United States; the transfer is covered by its data processing agreement and the UK and EU safeguards it provides.
The website itself runs on infrastructure hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in the European Union.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows, and then deleted. Postmark keeps delivery records for a limited period set by its own retention policy.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS and applies a strict content security policy. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.
Links to other websites
This website links to sites we do not operate. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
