For locksmiths and installers

Electronic access control, fitted like a cylinder.

Your customers are asking who has their keys and where they went. CyberLock answers that without a cable, a controller or an electrician, and it goes in with the tools already in your van.

01Why it suits the trade

The work you already do, with more behind it.

1

Like-for-like fitting

Cylinders are made to the dimensions of the mechanical ones they replace. Out with the old, in with the new, and the hardware works as before.

2

No second trade

No cable runs, no power supplies, no door controllers. The key powers the lock, so there is nothing to wire and nothing to commission at the door.

3

A range that fits

Over 380 cylinder designs for doors, cabinets, safes and padlocks, so the opening in front of you is very likely already covered.

4

Repeat work

Once a customer has one site on CyberLock, the next site, the extra keys and the key cabinet follow. You are the one they call.

02What you get from us

Hardware, know-how and a phone that gets answered.

  1. 01

    Specification

Send us the lock schedule or photos of the hardware. We match each opening to the right cylinder or padlock and size the keys and communicators.

  2. 02

    Supply

The full CyberLock range from one supplier: cylinders, padlocks, keys, communicators, cabinets and software, with mechanical cylinders, padlocks and keys for the openings that don't need them.

  3. 03

    Training

Fitting, programming and CyberAudit-Web, so you can hand over a working system and explain it to the customer.

  4. 04

    Backup

Technical support on programming and faults, and hosting for CyberAudit-Web if the customer would rather not run a server.

03Where it earns its keep

The jobs where mechanical runs out of answers.

  • Lost master keys. Replace the cylinders once, and the next lost key is switched off rather than re-keyed.
  • Contractor access. Keys that only work on the days and hours of the job, and expire when it ends.
  • Remote and outdoor sites. Gates, compounds and street cabinets where there is no power to wire to.
  • Audit requirements. A record of every opening, granted or denied, for the customer's insurer or regulator.
